Living Architecture.
WE:R started to operate in the controversial and memorable 2020 year.
Our philosophy is based on a combination between rational thinking when it comes to architecture and propriety when it comes to clients.
WE:R aiming to do simple and sustainable architecture and design. Our precise executions are the proof of the punctuality we invest in each project regardless of its scale.

Atanas Nikolov
Co-founder, Dipl Eng Architect
Atanas is an architect and co-founder with professional experience across large-scale architectural projects, urban developments and international design competitions. Before founding his practice, he worked at ADA and Atelier Serafimov Architects, two of the largest architecture firms in Bulgaria, where he was involved in the design and development of complex projects and gradually assumed leading roles within project teams.
During this time, he contributed to projects of various scales and typologies, gaining extensive experience in the full architectural process – from conceptual design and competition entries to technical development and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
Atanas studied architecture at RWTH Aachen University (Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule Aachen) in Germany and Graz University of Technology (TU Graz) in Austria. His education at these leading European technical universities shaped his approach to architecture, combining strong technical knowledge with a focus on urban environments, sustainability and long-term spatial quality.
In 2019, he participated in the Sustainable Cities program as part of the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) – the flagship professional exchange program of the U.S. Department of State. The program focused on innovative approaches to sustainable urban development, resilient cities and contemporary planning policies.
His work focuses on the intersection of architecture, urban design and sustainable development, exploring how design can contribute to more resilient, human-centered and adaptable urban environments.
